Dr. Rachel Geesa
职位:BSU师范学院国际项目主任。
教育学博士,拥有艺术教育、教育心理学、资优教育、学校管理和教育管理与监督学位。

Dr.Rachel Louise Geesa, EdD, holds degrees in art education, educational psychology, gifted education, school superintendency, and educational administration and supervision. Her research agenda focuses on exploring academic, professional, and personal development and support systems for educational leaders in national and international settings. Recent study topics are related to educational leadership and integrative STEM education, mentoring, school counseling and principal relationships, and supervision in international student teaching programs. She taught and served as an administrator in PK-12 schools in the United States, South Korea, and Japan.
Dr. Shannon Dieringer

Dr.Dieringer is an Associate Professor of Special Education in Applied Behavior Analysis and the Director of the Masters Program in Applied Behavior Analysis with an Emphasis on Autism. Dr. Dieringer's primary area of research interest is physical activity and motor skill development of children with ASD. She is the recent recipient of the Special Education Research Award and co-conference chair of the Hoosier Association for Behavior Analysis. She has published in The Adapted Physical Activity Quarterly, PALAESTRA, The Physical Educator, Psychology in the Schools, and Perspectives in Early Childhood Psychology and Education. She is a graduate of The Ohio State University in Adapted Physical Education, a Certified Adapted Physical Educator, and a Board Certified Behavior Analyst at the Doctoral level.

Dr. Susan Luo

Susan Luo is the Director of Global Academic Partnerships and interim Director of the Intensive English Institute (IEI) at the Rinker Center. Susan supports various aspects of the dual degree program, from curriculum design, collaboration articulation negotiation to student advising and faculty collaboration. With her interim IEI leading role, she works with the IEI instructors to develop and implement ESL curriculum, ensuring it is aligned with best practices and responsive to the international students' needs at BSU.
Dr. Jackie Sydnor

Dr.Sydnor's research and teaching focus on supporting aspiring teachers’ professional identity development and reflective practice through the use of digital storytelling and video annotation. Potential student projects would include supporting ongoing research on the mentoring experiences of new elementary teachers. This may entail finding and reading articles about new teacher mentoring and writing summaries, interviewing new teachers about their experiences and/or transcribing these interviews, conducting research on various models of mentoring support, etc.
